Just started my first attempts at dying yarn myself. It was really difficult to get the hang of the steps, but I managed to get the dye to take really well after my first failed attempt. I started with the pink to make sure I could get a solid color to stay, but now I definitely want to experiment with variations. Here's some pictures of the results:
